Aug. 14: First Day of School
Nov. 5: Election Day (Student Holiday)
Nov. 25-29: Thanksgiving Break
Dec. 20-Jan. 6: Students Winter Break
Jan. 7: Third Grading Period Starts
Mar. 17-21: Spring Break
May 22: Last Day of School
May 23: High School (CHS/NTH@C) Graduation
2025-2026 Academic Calendar
Note: The district will evaluate the 2025-2026 calendar in the fall and the community will be notified of any changes.
CISD Board of Trustees approved the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 Academic Calendars at the board meeting on January 22, 2024.
Both calendars had a slight adjustment with the Professional Development Day and Bad Weather Day in February. Board of Trustees approved the adjusted calendars on February 26, 2024.
