📚 Help Coppell ISD Maintain Strong Student Attendance 🌟
To ensure your student doesn't miss out on learning opportunities and to support our district's funding:
- Schedule dentist and doctor appointments outside of school hours or in the afternoon to avoid full-day absences.
- Plan family trips and vacations during scheduled school breaks whenever possible.
- Keep sick children home until they are fever-free for 24 hours without medication to prevent spreading illness.
- Sending a child to school sick can lead to more missed days for them and potential work days for parents.
Let's prioritize attendance for a successful school year!

CISD’s new What’s Up Wednesday flyer delivery system launched on July 10. CISD cooperates with community groups and organizations that sponsor activities of an educational or enrichment nature for students by distributing materials electronically via What's Up Wednesday, a once-weekly newsletter to all CISD parents. As part of the district’s efforts to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have transitioned from paper to in-house electronic flyer delivery. *Note: This system replaces Peachjar. For more information, including costs to participate and deadlines to submit flyers, visit www.coppellisd.com/page/distribution-of-non-school-materials.
