Coppell ISD invites all CISD 11th grade students who are interested in developing and honing their leadership skills to apply for participation in iLead, the CISD Student Leadership Program. Through a series of sessions, selected participants will explore their personal roles in community and school leadership and volunteer service. CISD staff and local business partners will sponsor these seminars on topics such as personal leadership skills, youth advocacy, service and volunteerism, local government in action and business growth and development. 

This program is limited to current CISD 11th grade students. Applicants should be in good academic standing based upon grades, attendance, and behavior; have an interest in developing their personal leadership skills; have obtained written permission from their parents and school principal; and be willing to accept the attendance and participation expectations. 

If selected, participants will commit to participating in this program for the complete duration. In this program, participants will observe leadership in action, learn leadership skills from community and school leaders, and develop their own leadership skills. Interested applicants and their parents should review their schedules and commit to the schedule prior to submitting an application. There is a $50 fee to participate. Payment information will be shared with accepted participants once accepted into the program.
