During the Board Awards, Superintendent Dr. Brad Hunt recognized the district’s 30-Year Service Award Recipients:

• Dr. Brad Hunt, Superintendent

• Beverly Waite, PEIMS Coordinator

• David Bailey, Grounds Supervisor

• Linda Moore, English Teacher at Coppell High School

Trustees approved a contract with Corgan Associates, Inc. for architectural services for the 2023 bond election projects requiring the services of an architect. 

During the Work Session portion of the Board Workshop, Trustees heard reports and discussed items on the following topics:

• Demographer's Update from Bob Templeton (Zonda Education)

• Presentation of Bond 2023 Plan of Finance from George Williford (Hilltop Securities)

• The 2023-2024 Budget and Compensation Plan from CISD Chief Financial Officer Diana Sircar and Assistant Superintendent for Administrative Services Kristen Eichel

• ESSER Funds Update from Director of Federal and State Programs Robyn Webb

• Discussion on Bond Oversight Committee and Board Awards/Recognitions
