CISD Profile of a Leader and Learner

In CISD, we believe each LEADER is a life-long LEARNER and every LEARNER possesses the capacity to LEAD.

Our CISD Core Values inspired the development of a profile to capture the unique qualities needed of our leaders and learners in CISD.  We firmly believe these qualities define, guide and reflect who we are and who we want to be as leaders and learners.  

CISD staff possess and consistently refine these distinguishing characteristics in their day-to-day practices and throughout professional learning. In our hiring practices, we strive to find individuals who showcase these qualities. We instill and develop these qualities in our learners so they are empowered leaders of the future.
