Information

  • The grade is recorded on a student’s transcript as a Level 2 for GPA purposes, even if the correspondence  course is labeled as Honors.

  • All coursework is done at home.

  • All coursework for a student advancing will need to be completed prior to the first day of school in order to have the student's schedule adjusted to the new course. In order for a course to be complete, the assignments and final exam of both semesters (A&B) must be completed and a final transcript submitted to the CHS9 Counseling Office. It is the student's responsibility to provide the counselor with the final transcript. CHS9 counselors will not request transcripts for correspondence courses taken.
