CISD Bus Services/Registration
Durham School Services is the district's transportation provider. The CISD Transportation Department is dedicated to safely transport the student of this community. The district makes school bus transportation available to all students living two or more miles from their assigned school. This service is provided at no cost to students. For the safety of the operator of the vehicle and all passengers, students must board buses only at authorized stops.
The district has identified various areas where hazardous traffic conditions for students who live within two miles of the campus. Because students in these areas might encounter hazardous traffic conditions when walking to and from school, the district will provide transportation to these students.
Bus Transportation
New and current families request bus transportation as part of their enrollment/re-enrollment forms. Copies of these forms are emailed to families, who can verify if they requested bus transportation for their eligible children by checking their email copy of the form. Bus routes, pick-up times and locations will be communicated to families for the 2023-2024 school year no later than August 10, 2023.
