Transfer Rules Between Campuses

High school learners may transfer ONCE between campuses. For example, if a learner transfers from CHS9 to NTH@C, they may not return to CHS. Similarly, if a learner transfers from NTH@C to CHS, they may not return to NTH@C. Since this transfer is final, learners should carefully consider their decision, as it will determine where they graduate.

  • Transferring to NTH@C: Learners must complete a “New Learner Application” and may transfer before either the fall or spring semester, depending on space availability. They will work with their counselors to ensure appropriate class selections.

  • Transferring to CHS: Learners must complete a “Transfer Form” and may transfer only before the fall semester. Counselors will assist in making the best class decisions.
