• Official transcripts are available for free for all current CHS Students through Parchment. Students are invited via email to create a parchment account. Please search your g.coppellisd email for an invite from Parchment.

Unofficial Transcripts or Paper Copies

Current students can request official/unofficial copies of their transcript through Ms. Erin Kelly at ekelly@coppellisd.com. Requests can be made in Student Services. 

VOE (Verification of Enrollment)

During the school year please make requests in Student Services North (in the CHS Commons). Allow 24 hrs for it to be processed.

Summer Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am-4pm please stop by CHS for your VOE.

Please order your final transcripts through Parchment. Link is on the right. If you do not have a Parchment account you can create one.

Alumni & 3rd Party Graduation Verification Requests

• Order through Parchment. (If you have trouble opening the link, try using the Google Chrome Browser.)

• You will need a credit or debit card, transcripts are $4.40 each. 

• Instructions for ordering transcripts are on the link to the right. 

• 3rd Party Graduation Verifications are made via Parchment by selecting the link on the left. The cost for enrollment verification requests is $12.75.

NCAA Transcripts

1. Register at www.eligibilitycenter.org  during your junior year

2. Send them a six semester transcript (end of junior year transcript). Once you have registered with the NCAA bring the Counseling Secretary your NCAA ID number. She will send your transcript at the end of your junior year. If you attended more than one high school and/or North Lake you will need to also send the NCAA those official transcripts directly from those institutions.

3. Send them your SAT and/or ACT score directly from Collegeboard or ACT.
