Partnering With CISD

CISD is proud to have business partners, parents and community members who want to support our mission to ensure our learners achieve personal success, develop strong moral character, and become dynamic leaders and global citizens. There are a number of ways to “chip in” to the mission. Click here to learn more.

SIGNAGE

Based on CISD's Electronic and Printed Material Guidelines, Boosters/PTOs/PTSOs and the Coppell Education Foundation can place a yard sign at each campus for up to six weeks total during each school year, and business partners can place signs for up to two weeks total each school year. A maximum of two organizations can place signs at each campus at a time. All yard signs must be approved by the Communications department. To place a yard sign, review the Yard Sign Calendar and email communications@coppellisd.com the desired dates and campuses and the image of the sign for approval.

FLYER DISTRIBUTION (Process Changing on July 1, 2024)

Our district cooperates with community groups and organizations that sponsor activities of an educational/enrichment nature for students by distributing materials electronically via Peachjar. As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have transitioned from paper to electronic flyer delivery.

To request flyer approval, follow the steps below. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to all parents and posted online. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed.

  • Visit www.peachjar.com

  • Upload your flyer for approval.

  • Allow five business days for approval.

  • Please add the following statement to any flyer submitted for distribution (flyer without this statement will not be approved): This organization and its activities are not related to, or sponsored by, Coppell ISD.

Your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district's Communication office. District staff will review the material and approve or deny based on the CISD Electronic and Printed Materials Guidelines. Peachjar charges a fee for this service that is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school. Read more about the service fees.

Beginning July 1, 2024, Coppell ISD will be bringing electronic flyer distribution in-house through What's Up Wednesday, a once-weekly newsletter to CISD all parents.

After July 1, 2024, follow the steps below to request flyer approval for What's Up Wednesday.

  • Design your flyer including the name, time, date, location and details of the camp/program/service.

  • Include the following statement if you are not a District-affiliated organization: “This organization and its activities are not related to, or sponsored by, Coppell ISD.”

  • Upload your flyer for approval via this Google Form (no sign-in necessary).

Flyers will be automatically submitted to the district Communications & Community Engagement Office for approval. District staff will review the material and “Approve” or “Deny” based on the standards listed in the Electronic and Printed Materials Guidelines. If approved, the submitting contact will be emailed a link for electronic payment via SchoolPay.

Flyers must be submitted no later than the Friday before the desired issue for distribution, and payment must be received no later than close of business the Monday prior to distribution.
