PARENT UNIVERSITY CISD's Parent University is an education opportunity in contemporary parenting issues. Parents will have an opportunity to learn in a variety of ways, including guest speakers, online seminars, mini workshops and video tutorials throughout the year. CISD will also host Parent University 2.0 (a half-day session) in the fall taught by experienced counselors, teachers, family health
professionals, and law enforcement who offer practical insight into finding and
working on solutions.
WHAT IS SCHOOLOGY?
Schoology offers a platform for collaboration, communication, organization, discussion boards and a place to submit assignments. Teachers can review student work and provide feedback through the system. Schoology has a simplified navigation and a similar layout to Facebook. Parents will have their own user accounts to view all their children’s work in one login.
More Information on Schoology and FAQ Help Guide to Navigate Schoology COPPELL EDUCATION FOUNDATION The Coppell Education Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports the Coppell ISD through multiple ways including providing grants to teachers who submit ideas that are educating, motivating and innovating. Grants have been awarded to all campuses and grade levels throughout the district.
